The past few weeks I have been working on laying out the book in bookwright, editing and printing photos, and ordering frames and other things I need for my installation. I have completed my book and ordered my first copy, which I received and made a few last edits before ordering two of the final book for the show. I have edited over 20 images that I want to print 17×22 for a gallery show and I have begun printing them. I am planning to use 12 of them, but I want options to make my layout look the best and most diverse.
This weekend I photographed a golden retriever. I was so glad because I wanted one in my book. I set up a meeting with Alexis for this thursday to look at all my things because I am stressing and have way to much on my mind. I am getting sloppy with everything and thinking too much about my future so I am not focusing on the present. I hope I will be able to finish for 1st round.
Wow! I did a lot this weekend. 8 hours, 1500 photos and 7 dogs! It was raining on saturday so I set up the seamless inside. I had to move a whole bunch of furniture for it because it was so big. I photographed a dalmatian, yorkies, terriers, labs and more. This was a very successful weekend.
Picture: The dog first dogs name is Cello, and I had to balance a dog treat on my camera lens. It proved tobe very useful. Also he peed on my seamless in the background.
The second photo is dexter a dalmatian
This weekend I went over to my mentors house and photographed 3 dogs. A Boxer, a ridgeback and a wirehair terrier. It was pretty difficult until the owners came to help. I haven’t downloaded the pictures yet, but I also photographed a dog on saturday which is the one in the picture. This ones name is Juno.
